BIM use cases (CUBs)

BIM use cases describe why the model is being built and what verifiable result comes out of it. Of the 55 defined in the openBIM standard we have delivered 29, across 31 real projects — from topographic modelling and insolation studies through to clash detection, quantity take-off and as-built modelling from point clouds.
